This safari will take you through the fabulous sceneries of East Africa finest natural sanctuaries between the Aberdares, Mount Kenya, Lake Baringo, Lake Victoria and finally the most important reserve in Kenya, the Masai Mara.
Day 1: International flight to Kenya.
Day 2: Nairobi.
Arrival to Nairobi at the “Jomo Kenyatta” International Airport . Our staff will be waiting for you at the door of the plain to say welcome “Karibu”.
Once the customs checks are done we will go by car to the hotel.
In the evening we will have the welcome dinner, a chat and explanations of the trip.

Day 3: Nairobi – Nyeri – Aberdares Mt. Range
The first day the rout will be easy going and not long. It will help us to get good first contact experience with BMW G 650 GS and also get used to handling our bikes. The way here is sinuous and varying. We will go through coffee fields and pineapple plantations, ending on the skirts of the Aberdares Mountain Range. The chosen hotel is Aberdare Country Club, a former English club with its characteristic colonial taste & cultural heritage. We will arrive by lunch time, later on in the evening we will ride the motor bikes along tracks around the private reserve of Solio Ranch.

Route: 200 km.
Day 4: Aberdare – Lake Nakuru – Lake Baringo.
After a good breakfast we will start our journey en rout to Nakuru. Our day is going to be full of emotions. We will go through the Great Rift Valley home of the Bantu and Nilotic communities. We will pass through Nakuru National Park which holds the most incredible population of pink flamingos.
As we go on we will enter much drier and hotter terrain up until we reach our destination of the day, Lake Baringo. This a huge sweet water lake were we can spot crocodiles and hippos as well as spectacular variety of birds. The chosen hotel is situated on an island in the center of the lake called Ol Kokwe.

Route: 260 km on tarmac paved roads.
Day 5: Lake Baringo – Eldoret – Kisumu – Lake Victoria
In the early morning there is an optional trip by boat through the lake to watch hippos, crocodiles and the huge variety of birds that inhabit this lake. After the boat trip there will be breakfast and we then continue riding our bikes.
This route is one of the most beautiful and in a few kilometers the landscape will completely change. We will start crossing the dry and hot area of the Pokot people. Afterwards we will take a small road full of fantastic turns which will take us higher into the highlands. Here we will enjoy dense coniferous forests and green meadows before finally reaching Kisumu city. Our hotel is situated on the shores of the Lake Victoria.

Route: 350 km on tarmac paved roads.
Day 6: Lake Victoria – North Masai Mara.
This is going to be a very entertaining day, we will be riding the whole day through small roads that are ideal for our BMW G650GS bikes. We will go through the area of Kericho wich is famous for its tea plantation, ones of Kenya´s distinguished beverages. Next we reach a place of interested on our trip, the Masai Mara National Reserve. Hundreds of kilometers of Savannah populated by thousands of animals. A truly unique opportunity to experience, enjoying nature at her wildest, riding on our bikes. Here we can find herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, gazelles and even a pride of lions.

Day 7: North Masai Mara – South East Masai Mara.
Every morning before leaving we will explain the precautions and recommendations to take into account that are for our own security and limit interference with the wildlife.
This day we have an exciting route in store, full of adventure. During the whole day we will be bordering the Masai Mara National Reserve. Nothing compares to the freedom and sensations that’s offered riding through thousands of animals in an infinite meadow.
We will have the opportunity to ride our bikes through small sand tracks, crossing small rivers meeting haughty Masai grazing cattle along the way.
We will take the opportunity to stop and get to know their way of life and traditions, as well as the incredible stories of a Masai lifestyle.

Route: 120 km off road.
Day 8: South East Masai Mara.
Rest day for the bikes…! We will go on safari game drive in the morning and afternoon by 4×4 Vehicle to deepen our knowledge of the Masai Mara National Reserve. We will have the possibility to go near and take Pictures of the animals. Lions, elephants, buffalo, etc…
Possibility of flying in a hot air balloon.

Day 9: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Return flight..
We will ride to Nairobi passing through the Masai capital, Narok. We will skirt Suswa volcano through a track that will lead us to the Ngong Hills and from here we will reach Nairobi on a tarmac road.
We will stop in a popular restaurant in the colonial neighborhood of Karen to rest and take a good shower, have dinner and prepare for our International flight.
Route: 160km on tarmac paved road and 80km. off-road.
